There are two main types of cladding. The first is material cladding, which refers to layers of a material that are attached to the external walls. The material used could be timber, PVC, stone, or other materials. The second type of cladding is rendering, where a coat of plaster is applied to the wall.

The earliest part of Keith days to around 1180 where the Old Town still continues to be, now nearly tantamount from the remainder of the community. It established around the old bridge which was constructed there by two grieving parents as a long-term memorial to their dear child who drowned in the river at that going across point in the hope that none need to endure comparable loss.
