One of the big benefits of electric boilers is that they do not require annual servicing. There is no legal requirement for a yearly service and safety inspection as there is with gas boilers. Some installation companies do offer servicing packages included as part of the price.
Whitchurch
Whitchurch is a community in Hampshire, England. It is on the River Test, 13 miles (21 kilometres) south of Newbury, Berkshire, 12 miles (19 kilometres) north of Winchester, 8 miles (13 kilometres) eastern of Andover and 12 miles (19 kilometres) west of Basingstoke. Much of the community is a Conservation Area. Because of the quantity of wild animals in and near the River Test, its course and banks are designated as Site of Special Scientific Interest. The West of England Main Line connects the community's railway station to London, and 2 main roads bypass the town (the A34, a major north-- southern course, as well as the A303, a significant east-- west route). The population is 8,962. The community is a growing community with a combination of residential areas as well as some light sector, and also works as a small traveler community to London (approximately 60 miles to the east) and to a lesser level Basingstoke and Andover. Newbury as well as Winchester, whilst nearby, can not be reached by rail without substantial detour (considering that the closure of Whitchurch Town railway station in 1960) and so travelling to these areas is primarily by vehicle. Lynch Hill Park, a small housing development, was utilized in a TV advert for Roysters crisps due to its "regular" American look. The centre of the community is a roundabout known as The Square.
