Took a few days to get in touch, but came to give a quote promptly. Gave some good advice and the roof repair was fitted in to suit our plans . James and his team seemed to do a good job and left everything neat and tidy.

Durable came in October and sorted out a long-standing gutter problem for my house in Higham Ferrers. Excellent service, great work and a very reasonable price. More than happy! Sorry for the late review.
They told me what I wanted to hear to get the job and gave me a competitive price. Waited nearly 3 weeks before the job was started after paying my deposit and it took a few weeks for the job to be completed. The work which was done was not to a high standard and some of the work which I paid for was/still is not completed. Quality of the work provided was to make as much profit from the job, Promised things but did not deliver.
The £3000 worth of roofing and guttering work was carried out speedily, but after a leak developed in the guttering in late December I contacted them to get it repaired as the work has a 15 years guarantee, but despite them stating they would attend and repair the leak, I have heard nothing further from them, so I will not be recommending them for their after sales follow up.

Rapid performed a good job on our fascia and soffits replacement work. We feel happy with what they did, and at the price they charged they represent good value.
Appreciated honesty and explanation of work involved. Came out immediately to quote and repaired damaged roof next morning.
