About Stroma
Stroma is a body that supports the entire energy industry with certification schemes, software and training. Using a contractor with Stroma certification means that they have completed the relevant training and assessments and are qualified to carry out the work you need them to complete.

Some of the certifications that Stroma runs include a Competent Person Scheme, Part P, Doors and Windows Scheme and the Microgeneration Certification Scheme (MCS).

Competent Person Schemes allow an installer to self-certify that their work meets Building Regulations. This allows customers to be confident that the installer’s work is completed to a high standard and meets all the relevant criteria for Building Regulations. It also saves the customer money as they don’t have to pay to notify Building Control themselves.

Stroma certification is an approved TrustMark scheme operator, which is an industry approved mark that shows that installations are up to the highest standard. Choosing a Stroma-certified trader means that you can expect a good-quality installation from your tradesman.
