Frizington
Frizington is a village in Cumbria, England. Historically, it was a collection of farms and houses, but became a combined town as a result of the mining (both coal as well as iron ore) chances in the area. The town is recognized for its church, which was integrated in 1867-1868. Historically a part of Cumberland, Frizington is in the civil parish of Arlecdon and also Frizington, which has a population of 3,678, the Borough of Copeland and the CA postcode location. On 2 June 2010, Frizington was the scene of the 2nd murder in the killing spree referred to as the Cumbria capturings, when Derrick Bird fired his family members solicitor, Kevin Commons. Stephen Holgate, a professional rugby organization player with a variety of clubs, came from Frizington.
