Lanark

Lanark is a town in the central belt of Scotland. The name is thought ahead from the Cumbric Lanerc meaning "clear room, glade". Lanark is traditionally the county town of Lanarkshire, though there are several larger communities in the area. Lanark train station as well as instructor station have frequent services to Glasgow.
