Rhayader
Rhayader is a market community, area and electoral ward in Radnorshire, Powys, central Wales. The town is just one of the primary centres of population in the historical area of Radnorshire and has a population of 2,088. 55% of the community have some type of Welsh identity according to the 2011 census. It is the first community on the banks of the River Wye, 20 miles (32 km) from its resource on the Plynlimon range of the Cambrian Mountains.
