Abbots Langley
Abbots Langley is a sizeable village and civil parish in the English county of Hertfordshire. It is an old settlement and is named Langelai in the Domesday Book of 1086. This village has had an extensive background of effective human inhabitation. The initial signs of human residence in the region were documented by renowned archaeologist Sir John Evans.
