The best way to avoid having to pay for a leaking roof in a commercial property is prevention. If you are liable for repairs and maintenance, make sure you have the roof inspected regularly by a reputable company to avoid having to pay for costly repairs when disaster strikes.

How much it costs to replace a commercial roof depends on the type of roof you have and the size of your commercial property. Lots of commercial buildings have flat roofs, which are often made from felt, asphalt, EDPM rubber or fibreglass, while others are pitched roofs that might be made from tiles, shingle or metal.
