The Royal Borough of Kingston upon Thames is a borough in southwest London, England. The primary town is Kingston upon Thames and it contains Surbiton, Chessington, New Malden, Tolworth and part of Worcester Park. It's the oldest of the 4 Royal Boroughs in England. The other boroughs are Kensington and Chelsea and Greenwich also in London, and Windsor and Maidenhead. The local authority is Kingston upon Thames London Borough Council.
