Greenhithe
Greenhithe (population 4,700) is a town in the Borough of Dartford in Kent, England. It lies east of Dartford, in the civil parish of Swanscombe and also Greenhithe. Greenhithe's economy no more relies on river profession, this having been replaced by the M25 motorway, the new Broadband 1 Ebbsfleet International station and also the Bluewater complicated. The whole area is being redeveloped as part of the Thames Gateway regrowth. Its supporter councils and federal government enrollers therefore intend to attract more abundance and also income generation, particularly with the communication with the huge mall. This is reflected in increased property valuations, and slightly greater investing than in 20th century overspill estates which tended to line the estuary. Its high street is much less significant a location than Bluewater, which is supplemented by a supermarket in the village. Greenhithe train station apart, there is little in the area apart from housing. The Thames Gateway project has seen development of domestic neighbourhoods of the village such as Ingress Park and Waterstone Park, along with of commercial and also service estates that almost entirely surround the previous huge community.
