Llandeilo is a town and neighborhood in Carmarthenshire, Wales, positioned at the crossing of the River Towy by the A483 on a 19th-century rock bridge. Its population was 1,795 at the 2011 Census. It is adjacent to the western factor of the Brecon Beacons National Park. The community is offered by Llandeilo train station on the Heart of Wales Line. An electoral ward in the exact same name exists. This ward extends southern from the confines of Llandeilo with a complete population of 2,971. The neighborhood is bordered by the neighborhoods of: Manordeilo as well as Salem; Dyffryn Cennen; Llanfihangel Aberbythych; and also Llangathen, all remaining in Carmarthenshire.
