General construction work should be restricted to the following hours: Monday to Friday 8am to 6pm. Saturdays 8am to 1pm. Most councils advice that noisy work is prohibited on Sundays and bank holidays but you should check with your local council to confirm this.
Olney
Olney is a market town and also civil church in the District of Milton Keynes in South East England. At the 2011 Census, it had a population of around 6,500 people. It pushes the River Great Ouse, very near to the borders of Buckinghamshire with Bedfordshire and Northamptonshire, and equidistant from Northampton, Bedford and Milton Keynes. It is accessed by the M1 at Junction 14 (roughly seven miles), with the closest passenger rail service at Milton Keynes Central as well as Bedford railway terminals (each approximately twelve miles far-off). It is a prominent tourist location, maybe best understood for the Olney Pancake Race and also for the Olney Hymns by William Cowper as well as John Newton.
