Birchington

Birchington-on-Sea is a village within north east Kent, England. It's a part of the Thanet district and forms part of the civil parish of Birchington. It is found on the coast facing the North Sea, east of the Thames Estuary, in between the seaside resorts of Herne Bay and Margate. How much does a builder cost?

With the prices of buying a house skyrocketing, many of us are tempted to building our own house. This is sometimes an excellent choice, but you will first need to understand the costs of building a house from scratch. Can a mortgage include renovation costs?
