Most companies will make the building control application on your behalf and ensure that all the work is completed to the right standards. When a building inspector has inspected it, you’ll get a certificate. It usually takes around 6-8 weeks after completion to come.
Dulas
Dulas or City Dulas is a village in Anglesey, in north-west Wales. It is positioned on the A5025 road, near the shore (Dulas Bay) at only 5 metres (16 feet) above water level. The village has never held the standing of a city and also "City" is not a recognisable Welsh word, so its origin is vague. It may be that the name originated from an Anglicisation of Saith Ty, which is Welsh for "7 Houses". There are two locations in Wales just called 'City': City, Powys as well as City, Vale of Glamorgan.
