Haverhill is a market town and civil parish in the county of Suffolk. It is positioned on the borders of Essex and Cambridgeshire, being found 14 miles south-east of Cambridgeshire and 47 miles north-east of central London. The town centre is located at the base of a dip in the chalk hills of the Newmarket Ridge, and the Stour Brook, which eventually joins the River Stour away from the town, flows through Haverhill. It is the second biggest town in the Borough of St. Edmundsbury, with a population of 27041. Even though the town is surrounded by arable land, the economy is dominated by industry, due to the sizeable commercial estate and a business park consisting of numerous manufacturing companies in the south of the town. It is also home to scientific firms and multiple waste processing, transportation and building firms. As a result of planning reviews carried out in 1956 and 1962, targeting to relocate families from London who had lost their homes during The second world war, Haverhill has gradually grown in the post-war period, with a swift threefold rise in population from the population of 5446 in 1962. Haverhill is described as a contemporary and young town. It has two Non-League football clubs, Haverhill Rovers F. C. and Haverhill Borough F. C., a baseball team, and various sporting activities are readily available at a leisure centre featuring a swimming pool, a health club and a children's soft play area. Along with selecting from numerous independent and chain stores for completing shopping, a weekly market is held in the town every Saturday, which goes back to 1086. For all of your house upgrades, make certain to make use of respected contractors in Haverhill to make certain of quality.

No, pattern imprinted concrete shouldn’t be slippery. Most good driveway installers will add a special anti-slip agent to the sealant before they brush it onto your driveway, so it will stop it from being slippery.
It’s important to ask a driveway company how they will seal your driveway when you get a quote from them. If an untrustworthy company seals your driveway badly, it can cause a thick and extremely slippery surface, so it’s vital that you ask any contractor what their procedure is before you engage them.
It’s also important to remember that pattern imprinted concrete isn’t a ‘non-slip’ surface – it’s just not slippery. You could still slip over on a concrete driveway, just like you could on tarmac or a block paved driveway. Also, once you’ve walked and driven over your driveway for a few months, its skid and slip resistance will increase as it weathers and builds up tiny specs of dirt on it. Pattern imprinted concrete is often used in high footfall areas in places like shops, fast food restaurants and theme parks, so if there was a significant slip risk these businesses wouldn’t use it.
You might think that you could ask your contractor not to seal the driveway to make it less slippery, but it could actually do the opposite. By sealing pattern imprinted concrete, it means that moss and algae is much less likely to grow, which can be extremely slippery to walk on if it’s left to its own devices. If moss does form on your driveway, the sealed surface is much easier to clean as you can simply pressure wash it away; this is not as easy to do on a non-sealed surface.
