Removing oil from block paving can be tricky, and a professional clean and re-point is often the best option. However, for small stains, especially recent ones, it’s worth attempting to clean it yourself. To do this, you can purchase oil remover or driveway cleaning solutions – although be careful, as some may stain or mark certain kinds of paving stones. In general, stay away from acid based cleaners.
Bude
Bude is a small seaside resort community in north eastern Cornwall, England, in the civil church of Bude-Stratton as well as at the mouth of the River Neet (likewise understood locally as the River Strat). It was in some cases previously called Bude Haven. It lies southwest of Stratton, southern of Flexbury and Poughill, and also north of Widemouth Bay and also lies along the A3073 road off the A39. Bude is twinned with Ergué-Gabéric in Brittany, France. Bude's coastline faces Bude Bay in the Celtic Sea, part of the Atlantic Sea. The population of the civil parish can be discovered under Bude-Stratton. Its earlier significance was as a harbour, and afterwards a source of sea sand useful for boosting the moorland dirt. The Victorians favoured it as a watering place, and also it was a popular seaside location in the 20th century. In the 1951 Cornwall volume of The Buildings of England, Nikolaus Pevsner explained Bude as "Not an eye-catching harbour-town compared with others in Cornwall and also Devon", and remains to claim that the church is "worthless".
