Aviemore
Aviemore is a town and traveler resort, situated within the Cairngorms National Park in the Highlands of Scotland. It is in the Badenoch as well as Strathspey committee location, within the Highland council location. The town is prominent for skiing and other winter season sporting activities, and for hill-walking in the Cairngorm Mountains. There are superb views of the Cairngorms from different places within the town, especially from the train station. The Aviemore stone circle is located within a domestic area of the community. Aviemore rests on the B9152 (the "old" A9 roadway because the highway from Inverness to Perth was rebuilt better west in 1980). Aviemore train station gets on the Highland Main Line and Aviemore is likewise the southern terminus of the Strathspey Train, a heritage train.
