Stocksfield
Stocksfield is a small, yet sprawling commuter town situated near to the River Tyne, about 14 miles (23 kilometres) west of Newcastle upon Tyne in the southern part of Northumberland, England. There are numerous smaller neighborhoods within the parish of Stocksfield, consisting of Branch End, New Ridley, Broomley, Hindley and the Painshawfield Estate. Other towns in Stocksfield's postal district include Bywell, Newton, Mickley, as well as Hedley on the Hill. Stocksfield is in the parliamentary constituency of Hexham.
