North Ferriby
North Ferriby is a village as well as civil parish in the Haltemprice area of the East Riding of Yorkshire, England. Ferriby parish had a population of 3,893, a rise on the 2001 UK census figure of 3,819 according to the 2011 UK census. The institution has around 300 pupils. North Ferriby gets on the north bank of the Humber Estuary, approximately 8 miles (13 kilometres) west of Hull city centre. To the north, atop a hill, exists Swanland via the B1231. South Ferriby is straight opposite the village, on the south bank of the Humber. North Ferriby is generally referred to as "Ferriby" by citizens on the north financial institution, other than where confusion might emerge. Melton is close by to the west which is where the large South Hunsley School is. North Ferriby lies in the Parliamentary constituency of Haltemprice as well as Howden.
