Peterculter
Peterculter is a residential area of Aberdeen, Scotland, concerning eight miles inland from Aberdeen city centre. Peterculter gets on the north banks of the River Dee, near the assemblages with Crynoch Burn and also Leuchar Burn. Adhering to the 1996 Scottish council border alters it entered into the City of Aberdeen's Lower Deeside ward. The latter part of the name is stated to come from the Gaelic substance word "Cul-tir", which represents the "back component" of the nation.
