Kidwelly
Kidwelly is a community and also community in Carmarthenshire, southwest Wales, roughly 7 miles (11 km) northwest of the most populous town in the county, Llanelli. In the 2001 census the neighborhood of Kidwelly returned a population of 3,289, raising to 3,523 at the 2011 Census. It pushes the River Gwendraeth over Carmarthen Bay. Neighborhood attractions include Kidwelly Castle, established in 1106; a fourteenth-century bridge as well as gate; the former quay (now a nature book); a Norman parish church, and a commercial museum. Kidwelly Carnival is a yearly occasion held on the 2nd Saturday of July. Previous circus have included aerial screens. The town is twinned with French town Saint-Jacut-de-la-Mer on the north coastline of Brittany.
