Isle Of Barra
Barra is an island in the Outer Hebrides, Scotland, as well as the 2nd southernmost inhabited island there, after the nearby island of Vatersay to which it is linked by a short embankment. The island is called for Saint Finbarr of Cork. In 2011, the population was 1,174. Gaelic is commonly spoken, and also at the 2011 Census, there were 761 Gaelic audio speakers (62% of the population).
