Abbotsbury is a parish in Dorset. It is in the West Dorset district and lies about 1 mile inland from the English Channel coast. It has a population of 481. Inside the parish is a section of Chesil Beach which is an 18 mile barrier beach. It is part of the Jurassic Coast, a World Heritage Site.
