General construction work should be restricted to the following hours: Monday to Friday 8am to 6pm. Saturdays 8am to 1pm. Most councils advice that noisy work is prohibited on Sundays and bank holidays but you should check with your local council to confirm this.
Virginia Water
Virginia Water is a traveler community or village in northern Surrey, house to the Wentworth Estate and the Wentworth Club. The area occupies a huge minority of the District of Runnymede. Its name is shared with the lake on its western border: Windsor Great Park. Virginia Water is close to the M25, M4 and also M3 motorways. Heathrow Airport is seven miles to the north-east. The town has a junction train station within the estate. Frequent South Western Railway trains go to London Waterloo, Weybridge, Twickenham, Richmond, Staines, Feltham, Clapham Junction, Vauxhall and Reading.
