Peterculter
Peterculter is a residential area of Aberdeen, Scotland, about 8 miles inland from Aberdeen city centre. Peterculter gets on the northern financial institutions of the River Dee, near the assemblages with Crynoch Burn and also Leuchar Burn. Complying with the 1996 Scottish council boundary alters it entered into the City of Aberdeen's Lower Deeside ward. The latter part of the name is stated to come from the Gaelic compound word "Cul-tir", which signifies the "back component" of the country.
