Darvel
Darvel or Dervel (population 3,361) is a town in East Ayrshire, Scotland. It is at the eastern end of the Irvine Valley as well as is occasionally described as "The Lang Toon" (English: the Long Town). Darvel is situated on the A71 roadway that ranges from Irvine on the west coastline to Edinburgh on the east.
