Killin
Killin is a village positioned at the western head of Loch Tay in Stirling (formerly Perthshire), Scotland. The west end of the town is magnificently sited around the breathtaking Falls of Dochart, the major street leading down towards the Loch at the convergence of the rivers Dochart as well as Lochay. The falls are crossed by a narrow, multi-arched stone bridge bring the primary A827 road into Killin. Killin railway terminal got on the Killin Railway. The train station was officially closed on 1 November 1965. Killin has a little primary school with 56 students. For second education and learning pupils take a trip to Callander 21 miles (34 km) to the south. The nearby Gaelic tool primary is in Stirling, 37 miles (60 km) to the south.
