Sedbergh is a small town and also civil parish in Cumbria, England. Historically part of the West Riding of Yorkshire, it lies about 10 miles (16 kilometres) east of Kendal, 28 miles (45 km) north of Lancaster and also about 10 miles (16 kilometres) north of Kirkby Lonsdale. The town rests just within the Yorkshire Dales National Park.
