Biomass boilers do require some maintenance. Many manufacturers recommend servicing twice a year, although this is often included in the installation cost. Many systems have automatic fuel loading that removes the need to manually load fuel. You will need to remove the ash from the boiler, but this is as easy as emptying a vacuum cleaner.
Dulas
Dulas or City Dulas is a town in Anglesey, in north-west Wales. It is situated on the A5025 roadway, near the coastline (Dulas Bay) at just 5 metres (16 ft) over water level. The town has never held the condition of a city and "City" is not a recognisable Welsh word, so its origin is unclear. It may be that the name originated from an Anglicisation of Saith Ty, which is Welsh for "Seven Houses". There are 2 areas in Wales merely called 'City': City, Powys and also City, Vale of Glamorgan.
