The legal requirement to have an asbestos survey carried out applies to non-domestic properties. If you own or operate a non-domestic property such as an office, shop, or warehouse, an asbestos survey and management plan must be in place. For domestic properties, there is no legal requirement to have an asbestos survey.
Peterculter
Peterculter is a suburban area of Aberdeen, Scotland, about eight miles inland from Aberdeen city centre. Peterculter gets on the northern financial institutions of the River Dee, near the convergences with Crynoch Burn as well as Leuchar Burn. Following the 1996 Scottish council boundary changes it became part of the City of Aberdeen's Lower Deeside ward. The latter part of the name is stated to find from the Gaelic substance word "Cul-tir", which signifies the "back component" of the nation.
