The legal requirement to have an asbestos survey carried out applies to non-domestic properties. If you own or operate a non-domestic property such as an office, shop, or warehouse, an asbestos survey and management plan must be in place. For domestic properties, there is no legal requirement to have an asbestos survey.
Grantown-on-spey
Grantown-on-Spey is a community in the Highland Council Location, traditionally within the county of Moray. It was founded in 1765 as a planned settlement on a low plateau at Freuchie beside the river Spey at the north side of the Cairngorm hills, concerning 20 miles (32 km) south-east of Inverness (35 miles or 56 km by roadway). Initially called merely Grantown after Sir James Grant, on Spey was included by the burgh council in 1898. The community is twinned with Notre-Dame-de-Monts in the Vendée, Pays-de-la-Loire, France. Considering that 2011, Grantown-on-Spey has been residence to Shinty club Strathspey Camanachd.
